How to request a sync with your school's MIS
Assembly automatically syncs with your school data at regular intervals. However, in certain situations it can be helpful to force a sync with your MIS, rather than waiting for the next scheduled job. Requesting a sync with your school’s MIS will ensure the most recent data is held in the Assembly Platform and available for third party products to access.
Please log in to Assembly and navigate to Changesets:
Scroll towards the end of the page and select Queue sync.
Please note: the button will disappear once a sync is queued. This may not be immediate (depending on job scheduling times) but will trigger a sync at the earliest available opportunity.
Once the sync is processed it will appear in the list of processed Changesets.
The updated data will then be transferred to your authorised apps.
